Characters:

Granules come in cylinder and round shape,light yellow colored with slight fragrance,.They are anti-static, easily colored, need bo be processed with polyolefin material like PP,PE,PS,PVC.etc.

Application range:

all sorts of anti-static packing film & membrane product,e.g. electronic product packing,agricultural mulch film, medical-use film,shopping bag,garbage bag,T-shirt bag,storage bag, table cloth,aprons,rain coat,etc.

  

Processing equipment:

Common film-blowing machine,cast-film extruder, bag making equipment,printer,heat-seal machine,etc. those which PE,PP used can be applicable.  

Processing technology:

Best results will be achieved with a screw L/D ratio ≥28:1.The blow-up ratio should be more than 1:3 to achieve the maximum production yield and the best quality.It can be blended with LDPE to process film products, once blended with HDPE to make products, certain rate of  LLDPE or LDPE(MI≈4) is needed.Newly made film feels brittle or  crispy, elongation is low. this is due to severe dehydration  during production,therefore, the film needs to be settled for 24 hour to regain elongation and anti-tear strength before being used to make finish products.The minimum thickness of film made of such material can reach to 0.01mm

Remarks:

Can not be directly processing,and the price is lower than that of PE.Once becomes damp, it should be dried for 2 hours at 80°C,and then can be put into production.The right processing temperature is that when the corn starch fragrance can be smelled at the hoppe
